Payment Methods

You can select your preferred payment method within the ordering process:
 
Prepayment (bank transfer)
 
When paying via bank transfer we send you our bank details in the order confirmation via e-mail. To make a payment, you simply transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account. As soon as the payment reaches our bank account, your order will be processed. Please note that bank transfers can take up to 5 working days. Please consider this processing time for your delivery.
 
When paying via bank transfer there are no transaction fees.
If you are from a different European country please indicate our BIC and IBAN code during your transfer, to avoid paying foreign transfer fees.

Please make sure to transfer the invoice amount within 7 days after you have placed your order. If you do not meet the payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Orders are only processed upon payment reception.
 
TIP: If you would like to pay per bank transfer, we recommend you “Sofortüberweisung” (direct transfer). There are no additional costs and we can dispatch your order faster.



Paying via Sofortüberweisung (=direct transfer, only available within Germany, Austria, Belgium and UK)

"Sofortüberweisung" is an innovative method of online payment with a TÜV certified security of transaction. It’s a fast, safe and user-friendly method of payment.
 
You only need your online banking data, such as bank account number, clearing number, PIN and TAN. Our bank details, the invoice amount and reference will be filled in automatically for you. „Sofortüberweisung” is free of charge and you do not need to sign up.

After selecting „Sofortüberweisung“ as payment method and after you have placed your order, you will be automatically directed to the safe payment form of Payment Network AG.

There you have to follow 4 steps:
 
1) Choose your country
2) Enter your clearing number, the name of the bank account owner and the account number
3) Enter your ID and PIN
4) Confirm your order by entering a TAN

Further information about the security of "Sofortüberweisung" is available on www.sofortüberweisung.de.
 
Everyone who has an active online banking account with PIN/TAN payment confirmation is able to use “Sofortüberweisung”. Please note that there are still a few banks which do not offer this service.

Payment through PayPal
 
PayPal is an online payment service, which allows you safe, simple and fast payments.

Safe: Your bank or credit card details are stored only on PayPal. Therefore they won't be sent through the Internet every time you make a purchase.

Simple: With a couple of clicks your payment will be made, avoiding entering your data every time you place an order.

Fast: Payments through PayPal are really fast. This way we can process your order directly and you can get it in a shorter amount of time.

This is how it works:
- Simply open a PayPal account under www.paypal.com
- Link your bank account or credit card data to your PayPal account.
- Afterwards you will be able to pay comfortably using your PayPal account.
 
You don`t have a PayPal account?
Usually you have to sign up in order to use PayPal. The PayPal guest service gives you the possibility to use your credit card to complete your payment without signing up. You just have to specify your credit card at checkout. You can use the PayPal guest service up to 3 times or a total amount of 1.500, - EURO without signing up. And with no additional cost!
