You can return purchased goods within 14 days, providing they are still in an unused condition, and you will be refunded the full purchase price.

Please attach a copy of your invoice, so that we can process the retransfer as fast as possible.
Please note that if your order was not over 40, - EURO you have to pay the shipping fees yourself. If your order was over 40, - EURO you will also get the shipping fees refunded to your specified account.
The delivery costs will be refunded in case that we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery, or the product is faulty.
In case of manufacturing errors we pass your claim on to the manufacturer. Once we receive information we will notify you immediately if your claim was legitimate and if you receive a replacement or if the amount will be credited to your customer account.
In case of a return, gift vouchers will be refunded. The amount will be credited to your customer account. This only applies to gift vouchers which were bought, not to promo-codes.
